Mazhar Hayat Nizami is a son of Late Mohammad Hayat Nizami who himself was a proficient singer in his days. Mazhar Hayat Nizami was born on 5th January in Delhi. Since his childhood days he has been a sincere and determined for music and singing. He was not much into studies and had thoughts to take music and his family’s name to another level in the likes of his father and elder brother.
He got his music lessons from his father who taught him with full composure and discipline at the age of 8 years. He started giving stage performances with his father at the age of 11. He belonged from sikandra gharana. He believes that the structure of music is not to be exploited as by keeping full respect for sur’s and rag’s. He beholds memories almost every sort of memories while learning lessons from his father. He still has resemblances of his father’s anger, taunts and teachings that groomed and polished him into good human as well as a decent singer.
Present Scenario…
Presently he is a vocalist in his band and is performing with his brothers and other members of his group. He belongs from Sufi Hayat Brothers. He has been performing for years with his group and given plenty of performance. He also, held all the management related work of his group and held all meetings and set schedules of their performances and all terms with organizers and hosts. He is ambitious in life and wants to take his group and making recognition in every class of society.
