Sufi Hamsar Hayat Nizami ji Brothers is group of prodigies’ singers who hold the legacy of being in the profession for more than last seven centuries. Presently Ustad Hamsar Hayat Nizami is the lead vocalist and the mentor of the band. The band comprised of Ustad Hamsar Hayat Nizami, Athar Hayat Nizami, Mazhar Hayat Nizami, Tahir Hayat Nizami and Sameer Hamsar Nizami son Of Ustad Hamsar Hayat Nizami. This band has links with great classical singer and paramount poet of his day. The former lead vocalist of this group was a paramount and a famous classical singer and paramount poet Late Ustad Hayat Nizami, also father of Ustad Hamsar, Athar, Mazhar and Tahir. This group has been performing for various cultural events, shows and bashes. The main genre of this band has been Sufi singing, bhajans, Sai bhajans and Qawwali at stages throughout India. Their Sai bhajans are really popular and loved by the listeners in likes of Deewana Tera Aya Baba Teri Shirdi Mein, Banda Garib Hai, and Hum Baba Wale Hai are some of most famous Sai bhajans of this group. The group has been performing Sufi, Bhajans and Qawwali’s at the vents and stage shows. They have been part of many cultural programs and events throughout the nation. They have also been part of cultural shows for NGO’s, Government, University festivals, Charity Events, etc. The management of the group is held by Mazhar Hayat Nizami who is responsible of arrangements of schedules and meetings regarding events and performances of the group, also he is a vocalist in the singer. All the members of the group are prominent singers and professional in their skills and talent. The group uses a traditional and classical style of singing more like taans (long crescendos), gamaks and murkis (vacillations of voice). They apply chorus, clapping, percussions and all the modern as well as traditional instruments to bring their presence as a live wire. They have been performing and constantly get invitations to perform at the Dargah Hazart Nizammudin, Shirdi and events to perform bhajans of Mata Vaishno Devi, Khatu Shaym Baba at religious gatherings and festive events across the nation.
